Carolyn Ann III Now Sailing Daily We are currently sailing DAILY, one 6-hour trip for sea bass from 8 am to 2:00 or 2:30 pm. Starting Friday, 7/23, we will begin sailing two 4-hour trips daily, 8 am to noon and 1 pm to 5 pm. Emergency Action Required On October 5, NOAA closed black sea bass recreational fishery in federal waters north of Cape Hatteras, NC, for 180 days.
